Our most popular speaker. The Studio 112 is a high-quality customizable speaker cabinet for performance, studio, and practice applications for guitar and other amplified instruments. The cabinet uses a single 12" driver to produce a deep and powerful soundstage. Available with an optional HF compression driver (adjustable volume) for extended high-frequency response - a bit more crunch for electric guitars than is possible with a 12" speaker by itself. It is also available in an open-back version (Studio 112OB) to make a more traditional-sounding cabinet.
The cabinet was originally designed for use with the Celestion V-Type, A-Type, and G12H-75 Creamback 12" speakers, but has proven to be a flexible design and works well with most 12" guitar speakers. Shown below are examples of cabinets that have been built and sold in the past.
