The MISSING_SUBJECT and NO_RECEIVED are typical telltale signs
of a syntax error in one of the .cf files, like the following:

header L_ERR From =~ /aaa@example/

I admit I don't understand where is the connection - a better
diagnostics would be less confusing. Luckily 'spamassassin --lint'
normally reports the problem.
