Paddle Nights OOS

Calling all Rangers, Rovers and Ventures, are you energetic, do you have a passion for canoeing and would like to teach youth basic canoeing skills such as paddle strokes, parts of canoe and paddles, canoe over canoe rescue and much more. Then come and join the Paddle Night 2019 training team as we are looking for your help, We require 16 trainers on the pool deck. This year we will be offering 6 nights: Saturday March 9th and March 16th for Cubs, Saturday March 23rd – Guides and Saturday March 30th, April 6th, April 13th for Scouts
Mandatory Train the Trainer night will be held on Saturday February 23rd at 7:30PM - 10:00PM at Walter Baker Sports Centre and all trainers will trained on each station.
If you could spare a few nights, we are asking for a commit to at least 2 nights plus Train the Trainer night. Training hours do count towards High School Service Hours.
