VAF Activity Volunteers 2012
VAF seeks involvement from Venturer Advisors,
Rovers and Venturers in helping to put on the various activities
throughout the year.
This is not a definite commitment, but rather a declaration of
willingness to help in some capacity.
You are encouraged to fill out, right now, an on-line form, which
was created using Google Documents.

The advantages of this form are:
1) there is more much more detail possible to be exchanged
2) the information is automatically stored in a spreadsheet and
shared with the VAF chair
So please try it out, and encourage others to submit their own
form as well.
If you are not able to use the on-line form, you can download a Word version and return it by email.

Instructions (revised)
The completed forms and cheques can be brought to the next VAF
meeting or dropped in at the office. Cheques are to be made
payable to “Scouts Canada Voyageur Council” or payment
can be made at HQ by credit card. This event will be discussed at
the next VAF and we will have more information on the planning
and organization for the event.

VAF now has two SPOT units available for loan, as well as other equipment. In addition, 1st Merrickville has canoes and other things that they will rent out or loan. See the link.
